Enterprise architecture and architecture governance
Service: Chief Architect-level advisory
Chief and Enterprise Architecture
Part-time CTO or Chief Architect-level engagement, shaped around what you actually need, and independent architecture reviews before major decisions.
Typical engagements
Fractional CTO and Chief Architect
Part-time CTO or Chief Architect-level engagement, shaped around what you actually need. Board-ready communication through to business translation and mentoring for technical teams. Technology strategy that connects to business outcomes and execution. Architecture oversight with genuine independence and impact.
Typically from two days per month. Longer-term retainers available. No rigid packages; we scope each engagement properly.
Technology Advisory and Architecture Review
An independent assessment of where your technology estate actually is, where it needs to go, and the realistic path between the two. Useful as a standalone piece of work or as the foundation for an ongoing engagement.
Effective before major investment decisions (particularly any major AI investment), platform changes, or when an existing plan needs stress-testing by someone with independence from the current or proposed answer.
